Shipping / Order Processing Information:
Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM US PST (US Pacific Standard Time) will be processed on the following Monday. International orders may take an additional day to process. Paper Crown will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in-stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification. Please note that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Any challenges with payment processing may delay shipment. Once the order is processed and leaves the shipping facility, delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier schedule. By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat rate of $30. Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimate.
Backordered or advanced sale items are items that are not yet in-stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered item is shipped once it is in-stock. You will be notified of the status of your item via email. Expected ship date for advanced purchase products is indicated on the product detail page. Any changes to the delivery date will be communicated in advance.
Return / Exchange Policy
Full Price Merchandise:
Returns / exchanges on merchandise must be initiated via email within 15 days of receipt of purchase. For returns on full price merchandise, a refund will be given in the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving your returned product. For exchanges, the difference will either be charged or refunded to the original payment method. In order to facilitate a return/exchange, please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). We offer free returns and exchanges for domestic orders that fall within our 15 day policy. Packages must be postmarked within 5 business days of being sent the label by Paper Crown. Products must be returned unworn and in original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products (“Products”) through www.paper-crown.com (the “Website”). By placing an order for such Products, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these terms and conditions.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was canceled.

Please reference order date + expected delivery date information listed on each shop product page, titled, “How to Order Bridesmaids Dresses.” We will guarantee delivery within the noted time frames based on date of order. Kindly note that all paper crown bridesmaids pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. Please take note of our “Size & Fit” charts specific to the bridesmaids dresses. Orders will be made according to our size chart specifications (not custom made per individuals measurements). Kindly take measuring into consideration when determining size(s) to order. If between sizes, please order one size larger. Any questions on sizing specifications or questions on your measurements please email email@example.com. Once your order is submitted, we will not be able to make changes to the order. This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. As soon as the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will cancel the order if required. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.
Payment Terms Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:
Payment is due in full at time of order. Payments to be processed in United States dollars.
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four to six (8 to 12) weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the each Product page of the respective paper crown bridesmaids style.
Shipping Fees, Taxes, and International Duties If you are shipping within the United States of America, sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to New York State and California. For paper crown bridesmaids Products, this tax will be charged at time of order being placed. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the United States.
Orders shipped from our California headquarters will be sent via FedEx or UPS within the domestic United States. For all International shipping inquiries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.
These shipping terms, including the terms set forth in our Shipping Guidelines, are accepted by you by placing an order with us.
All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. paper crown is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer to have your order shipped with ‘Signature Required’ please contact email@example.com so that we may make arrangements.
Return Policy All paper crown bridesmaids orders are final sale. Should you experience any significant issues with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Product Colors We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. paper crown cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact email@example.com prior to placing your order. A bridesmaids packet is also available for sale through our website. Bridesmaids package includes physical swatches of each fabrication. Kindly note that there is also variation between fabrics. For example, blush chiffon and silver peony crepe appear the same, but are slightly different for a tonal combination.
